For all flight-related purchases, the Conditions of Carriage and relevant fare conditions apply.

Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with Siam Seaplane Co., Ltd. and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai Courts.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, you may expect delays which will be communicated to you by email immediately after your order confirmation.

Shipping times largely depend on shipping provider, which will be chosen based on most cost-efficient method and goods ordered. Certain goods, for example gift cards and voucher, enjoy free delivery. Delivery cost are clearly mentioned at the Checkout page. Estimated shipping times are communicated, alongside tracking information, upon order confirmation by email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Seaplane.Shop can deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided after order confirmation.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Seaplane.Shop and Siam Seaplane Co., Ltd. are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Seaplane.Shop and Siam Seaplane Co., Ltd. are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

• The Voucher Terms & Conditions apply with reference to any gift voucher issued by Siam Seaplane Co., Ltd., and are applicable in addition to any further details and/or restrictions mentioned on the voucher itself.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service or product that is not explicitly mentioned on the voucher. 
• Gift vouchers with monetary value (in USD or THB) can be used for any service or product sold at www.siamseaplane.com and www.seaplane.shop. The voucher currency has to match the product or service currency ordered.
• Gift vouchers specifically for flights (whether by the seat or private charter) can be redeemed once Siam Seaplane has all necessary licensing and regulatory approvals in place to operate commercially.
• Gift vouchers with a voucher code or booking code will be able to be redeemed on www.seaplane.shop, www.siamseaplane.com and any other guest relations channel, such as phone or online chats.
• Gift vouchers without a voucher code or booking code will only be able to be redeemed via the phone.
• The voucher is valid based on the validity duration mentioned on the voucher. If no validity is mentioned, it remains valid for 3 years from the voucher issue date.
• Partial redemption of vouchers is not possible, and any voucher balance would be forfeited.
• The recipient may redeem the voucher notwithstanding a difference between the recipient’s name as it appears on the gift voucher, and as it appears on the recipient’s passport, driving licence, or any other form of personal identification, and the recipient’s name as it appears on the gift voucher may be amended or changed without a fee being charged.
• If the total flight price exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s) used to pay for the booking, any price difference can be paid with by any payment means accepted, such as credit card or bank transfer.
• Passenger name changes are not permitted if a booking has been paid for using a gift voucher.
• A valid Siam Seaplane user profile is required for conversion. This user profile can also be created immediately before applying for a voucher redemption and is free of charge.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
• The Conditions of Carriage and relevant fare conditions apply to all bookings made with a voucher.
• Except as otherwise provided by applicable law, your contract with Siam Seaplane and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract and these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai Courts.
